I couldn't be more positive about our experience dealing with Deirdre on the purchase of our car. She was so genuine, the communication was great and the whole process was made so easy for us. Gay also came over to wish us well and was so nice to talk to. Overall a very friendly and professional dealership.

Just recently purchased a vehicle here,had a small issue which was sorted very quickly. One phone call and we were given a courtesy car and problem solved. I bought a car off Gay in 2015 & from day 1, Gay & Louise & the rest of the staff have been so kind & helpful. Every service I went back for I would stay in the showroom till it was ready. I was always offered Tea & chats & even an office if I was doing my own paperwork! Also would be offered a car if I needed it! They aftersale service has been 5 *. I would definitely recommend Gay Lawton Motors to friends & family. The last 9 years have been a pleasure.

Not helpful at all. Explained my Kia still under warranty and having issues putting it in gear. Actually got stuck on a roundabout coming off the motorway which could have caused a bad accident. Have to commute to dublin for work and wouldn’t give any leeway on appointment 4 weeks away. Cheers lads. You’s are just super helpful. Certainly wouldn’t recommend.

Great Sale pitch , Atrocious after sale Service, 132 km round trip to get car serviced, I confirmed via Email the Service was to go ahead. Dropped the car for a interim Service , walked the town for the 2 hours 10 minutes In 0 degrees weather and the car hadn't moved, enquired as to why and I was told " you will have to wait". Asked to speak to Gay when the car was returned and he left me standing there in the cold. The way I was treated today goes against the importance that Gay himself placed on customer follow up service when I purchased the car from him. Silver tongue fox.
