I spoke with Sam over the phone in March and again in April regarding my car repair and service. She was always very helpful, taking the time to explain the repair process and answer all of my questions. Her customer service was excellent. It’s been just over two months since I bought a car from Hadi Motors, and overall I’ve been satisfied with the experience. I recently brought the car to Radio King (where Hadi Motors had brought the car to get the new screen installed) to have the screen checked as it was giving issues with the speakers in the car, and after the inspection they charged a €50 fee. Hadi Motors covered the fee without any argument or hassle, which I really appreciated.
