10/10 customer service, excellent honesty, & just a spot-on mechanic. I booked in with Steven due to one of my injectors leaking a bit of oil, as well as some other minor issues with the car. I was booked in for 10am on the 16/10/24, but I had to cancel last minute due to something unexpected popping up. Steven squeezed me in today for 9.30, which was the positive. I showed Steven the issues & explained how the car is driving, things I've done, when I bought it etc. He gave his opinion & suggestions on what I should do, he assured me that the issues are very minor & are things I should keep an eye on, & gave other suggestions too. He said that if things get worse, I should send him a text & he'll get it sorted straight away. His main suggestion was to clean the oil leak & monitor it over the next couple weeks. There was one thing he said that just cemented his trustworthiness to me. He said something along the lines of "if you want, you can leave it with me & I can have a look over at everything, but I don't think it's necessary to be honest. The car drives well, & the leaks are quite minor, these aren't urgent fixes & it's completely fine to drive". Just such a breath of fresh air, there was no sign of him trying to get money out of me, & he gave me his time & opinion free of charge. I'll be going back to him for any repairs in the future. 10/10, keep it up lads.

Li was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and without any pressure. I am very happy with the level of service. Highly recommended.

No respect for customers essentially the way of talking to customers are completely ruthless ,Got the job done & next day engine lights started came on & off by itself, Went back no doubt he diagnosed but not happy at all even though said from his mouth that you think we are free for you? His mechanic said minor oil leak can make a big stain on the ground and was making fun out of it before even put car on ramp and diagnose, later on found that a lot oil leakage & they cannot fix. Until money was coming for the job all good but after job done & went back with issue which came straight next day they completely changed to different person, make us feel like that doing some favour to me. When time to make money everyone gives a good customer service but truth comes out when time like that.

Extremely disrespectful and not willing to help at all. The person that seemed to be in charge of the whole garage made me come back early on 3 different days, then barely had a look at it on the elevator and told me and I quote: "You're bringing me this crap what do you want me to do change the whole car?" And dispatched me quite quickly saying they wouldn't do it .
