I purchased an 222 Audi Etron from Holden Motor Company about 2 months ago after doing bit of research and visiting the garage. I was delighted with my purchase as Car was as described reasonably priced and checked every boxes. I had some electronic and online service difficulties which I tried to solve it with main official Audi dealers which I got nowhere solving it and meantime I was communicating with Emma Sale executive to see if we can get that sorted (which she was very genuine and helpful) Recently I been in Touch with Patrick from Holden Motor Company and he got it sorted the problem less than 10 minutes which official audi dealers and audi support couldn't for almost 2 months. Overall my experience with Holden Motor Company very positive and I would highly recommend them. They have friendly staff ,helpful and good after sale service.

We recently bought an VW ID4 from Holden Motor Company and found Emma and the rest of the team extremely friendly and professional. Excellent advice on the ID4, our first electric .The car was serviced and ready for collection. We are delighted with our new purchase. A couple off follow up issues with the car were dealt with in no time & professionally .We would certainly recommend Holden and would be happy to deal with them again in the future. Recently bought a car from Holden, they were so attentive, not pushy at all and Emma is an absolute gem she looked after me so well and made buying the car so so easy and not stressful at all! An issue with my sensor came up on the car and straight away Emma had it booked in and sorted for me straight away with no issues! Not very often does a dealership go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure their customer is happy and has all they need sorted in such quick time. I will definitely be buying my next car with them and will 100% be recommending here for anyone looking to buy a new car!

She should be Employee of the Month every single month, believe me! Ignore the fake news bad reviews from low-energy haters. Holden delivers the cars and backs them up with ironclad warranties. Powerful stuff. I don't give recommendations easily, folks, but Emma and the team run a fantastic operation. HUGE success!

Was going to buy my first car recently but unfortunately things didn’t work out due to a genuine mistake in the advertisement. The car was listed as a 1.4L petrol with 2 keys, but later it turned out to be a 1.2L and only one key was available. I only found out when I was checking details for insurance. Emma was honestly professional and helpful throughout the whole process, especially with returning my deposit quickly after I decided not to go ahead. At one point I did feel a bit put off during a phone call when I raised the issue and was told the car is easy to sell anyway, so I could just take my deposit back if I wanted. It came across a bit rude initially, but to be fair the person called back later, apologised properly and explained it was a misunderstanding. Overall, I still think Holden are genuine people and mistakes can happen. My brother bought a car from them before as well, which is why I went there with blind trust. But one thing I learnt from this experience, always do your own research too before buying a car.
