I have experienced poor customer service through the sales team. They did not appear to have any interest in my custom/enquiry, rather attempted to push expensive cars on me. It appeared that they also had no interest when I asked about a cheaper car they had. I maintained a polite tone with them, they said they would return to me about the car I was interested in and also to inform me of the trade-in value of my car....no further contact from them. It also appeared that the person could not wait to get off the phone when they realised I didn't have big bucks to spend. Don't ignore the "small customers" lads, bad for business.
