Bought a Toyota Avensis at IGM, great price and the was immaculate. On the next NCT there were a couple of problems brake pads worn and alignment slightly off. The car was well outside IGM warranty by 2 months, yet they fixed all items free of charge and now I have a fresh NCT. Fantastic after sales service and very approachable I would recommend 👌 👏

I wish I could give 1 stars but at least, my car is going so I can not give one star. What's good: - usually answers quick (when have an answer and will not cost anything to them, like to give you an excuse) - my car after 2 and a half month luckly is still working (engine seems fine) - the car documents were sent to the responsible department to complete the changing ownership very quick, no hassle on that. Cons: - if you have a problem with your car that you could not check on the test drive, he will tell you: "it was working before", even if you report it within 1-2 days. Eg: the screen washer has a terrible pressure, it does not wash the full windshield and I have reported it - the answer was: it was working before BUT, when doing the test drive he mentioned: ah, have to refill the water from the washer so... Lie identified. - one of the dipped light bulbs stopped working 2 days after I buy the car, again, asked for help and informed will take a look but when I informed I would not pay for this and then never replied back (same for the screen washer issue) - if you intend to pay by card, he will charge you a fee, so be aware they preffer you buy your car with CASH... Seriously? I am so disappointed that I had to figure out by myself to have the bulb replaced and will look for someone to fix the screenwasher. I do not recommend. Better avoid.

AVOID this man I bought a car from IGM west motors and within a few day got issues. engine light, airbag light then the battery went dead and now barley a month later there is a knocking noise coming from the wheel. I gave him the car twice to fix and he failed and now I have given him notice for a refund which he has refused. He stopped answering my texts so now we ill be going to court. any one else have similar issue with this guy before please contact me as it will help

Buyer beware. My 83 year old father was sold a 'pig in a poke' by igm. No guarantee was given with the purchase, this was a tag on condition for a discount he received for some badly fixed bumper damage sustained while the car was stored at their lot. When the recently imported car was brought to Toyota, for a pre nct service, the following problems were discovered.. Rear disks and pads worn out. Leaking water pump. Two shock absorbers need replacing. Two front to rear brake lines corroded. As yet unidentified engine knocking and shaking happening. My father was assured the car had been fully serviced at the time of purchase. According to Toyota it will take approximately another €2000 to put the car right. Thanks guys!
