Review – 2015 Cross Polo (Black, 43,000 KM) I recently purchased a 2015 Cross Polo (black) with 43,000 km at a very competitive price. After comparing similar vehicles from other dealers, I found that most had higher mileage and were priced significantly higher, which confirmed that I made the right choice. About a month after the purchase, I noticed a clunking noise coming from the front shock absorber. I immediately informed the dealer. Mr. Murta responded promptly and agreed to repair the issue without hesitation. Although the first repair attempt did not fully resolve the problem, I contacted him again, and he personally arranged to collect the car from my home. During this time, they provided me with a premium replacement vehicle for my convenience (even though I did not need to use it). Within a week, the issue was completely resolved. I am very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and especially their after-sales service. Their positive attitude and willingness to stand behind their product gave me great confidence and satisfaction.
