⭐☆☆☆☆ - Extremely Disappointing Experience I purchased a car from this company which came with a three-month warranty—or so I was led to believe. After only four weeks of driving, the car had an oil leak and had to be taken to a garage to be sorted. I was shocked to find out that there was a lot more serious issues wrong with the car. Issues that had been cowboyed by previous owner to trade or this garage to sell but either way it was hid. I had people come up and check the car with me but unless you were a mechanic and had your tools you were never going to find these problems, These major issues resulted in the car been parked up in the garage and hasn’t been driven since it first went up. I had it 2 months at this stage. The mechanics have tried everything to fix but in the end I have had to put a new engine in the car. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. They outright refused to honor the warranty, showing no responsibility for the vehicle they sold me or the agreement in place. Basically you told me to F*** myself and lose this number and never call again. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. What’s done is done and I’m not looking for anything I’m just making sure the next person has a heads up. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this dealership. If you're looking for reliability and honesty, look elsewhere. This company clearly does not stand behind the cars they sell or the promises they make.
