Well I haven’t bought a car here but the service at the counter in the shop is EXCELLENT. I had been there before and thought that also but today my mum needed a mass card and honestly in most places people look at you asking what is a mass card. No not in this place…the guy actually pulled up a range of cards for us to choose from and was just so nice. I respect. Thanks that person who sold us that card - great service

The car was exactly what I ordered and I had no issues. Staff were very helpful from start to finish and would definitely recommend to others and would use again. Special thanks to Marta who was extremely understanding and I was able to extend the length of my rental with no problem. She is so good at her job and it’s always a pleasure talking to her.

Joe and Ciaran O’Connor are just top class. You need go no further to rent or buy a vehicle. I had reserved a rental for my visit home from New York in June. The day before I was due to fly out I managed to break two toes. I had to wear a boot and the insurance wouldn’t cover me. They were both so kind and understanding of my situation and with no hesitation refunded my deposit. I will be returning for another visit later on this year and I definitely will be renting if not buying a vehicle from O’Connors. They are the best of the best!

My car broke down in Tralee opposite your estate with my family in it. They were very flexible and helpful. After 10 minutes, I was able to continue the journey home with the rented car. The car was in very good condition and very clean. I am grateful to them for their help and I recommend their services to everyone. thanks, George
