I just want to say a big thank you to Chris from Drive Vauxhall Redcar. I purchased an Audi A4 1.4 Tfsi on the 28/07/26. I traded in my Ford Focus ST3 2018. I am absolutely loving the Audi, it's perfect. Chris is an incredibly nice person, explained everything in a very clear and concise manner, really friendly guy and wish him the best. I was able to trade my vehicle in and walk away with the Audi within 2 days, I appreciate the timeliness as I'm currently off work. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. Popped in to Drive, pretty late in the day (10 mins from closing) to look at car, Flynn came over to have a chat. Shocking service. A safety recall, fine, 'should only take a couple of hours', fine. Car is dropped off, 4 hours later trying to confirm if everything is OK, cant get through, no problem, we'll try later. Anyway, 5 times we try to get in touch, promises of call backs, 'escalations' and the only contact we get is a mail telling us all the issues with the car that they'll be glad to sort...for a price. We don't live far from the dealership and go down. There's the car parked up, ready to go.It's obviously in their business plan once they've got a car is to try and extract anything and everything they can. Don't get fooled.
