I had a fantastic positive experience purchasing my car in John McCabe Nissan Drogheda recently. I dealt with Dimitri from start to finish, what an absolute gentleman, he was extremely helpful and patient with me even sending me video of car I purchased which was so helpful. I cannot commend Dimitri highly enough, he's a huge asset to your company. Everything about my experience with your showroom was positive from speed at which phones were answered, all staff extremely pleasant, everything extremely efficient. Karen explained and handled purchasing process so well. Car was ready for collection at agreed time, it was spotless and Dimitri did a final run through with car for me. Totally professional experience from start to finish. I'm thrilled with my car and once again a huge thank you to Dimitri, I could not have asked for anyone nicer and more helpful to deal with than him, that man is worth his weight in gold. I had a very positive experience of dealing with Alan in particular and the garage generally. The issues with the car were sorted in advance without any problem and the handover of the car was done with some nice touches. I was very happy I chose this garage - well worth the drive up the M1.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Less than three weeks ago, I purchased a car from a particular salesperson at John McCabe Nissan in Drogheda. The car was collected at around 6pm, and by the very next morning I noticed problems immediately. The tyres were misaligned, there was a concerning noise coming from the engine, and when I said it to the salesperson on collection, I was told the noise was simply because it was a low car and that "some cars make those noises." Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true. The vehicle has since been found to need new shock absorbers, a wishbone, new wiper blades, and the driver's side window does not close properly. These are not minor issues that should be appearing on a recently purchased vehicle. What has disappointed me most is the misleading information I was given throughout the process. Instead of addressing my concerns honestly, I felt they were dismissed and explained away. I am a very unhappy customer and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to thoroughly inspect the car and get an independent check before committing to a purchase and don't trust that sales person in John McCabe Nissan Garage Drogheda Very disappointing experience.
