Customer Reviews
I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and not pushy at all, which made the whole process stress‑free. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the car before moving forward. The vehicle was exactly as described, well prepared, and competitively priced. Paperwork was handled efficiently, and everything was transparent with no hidden surprises. Communication throughout was excellent, and I felt looked after rather than rushed. I would happily recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an honest, smooth, and straightforward car‑buying experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Sales executive i dealt with was Ian Highly recommend.
A very good place with very friendly & professional staff that take the time to explain the process and make you feel a part of it. A clean and comfortable service area if you need to wait with a delicious cup of tea provided by the wonderful staff. The only small gripe I have is that it can be a pain to park especially if you’re disabled.
As returning customers to JMM we are always made very welcome and feel at ease when purchasing a new car.. thank you to Johnnie and staff for helping us pick our new Hyundai Kona hybrid. Highly recommend.
We would certainly recommend John Mulholland motors to anyone needing to purchase a car. A 5 star company. Katie on the reception desk and Mandy the service advisor were absolutely fantastic. Both are an asset to the John Mulholland Motors.
Would give 0 if I could. Terrible treatment for new first time customer. After I purchased car and it broke down after a month. I wouldn't recommend.......... Update: (10th July, 4:05 PM). I changed my review because a 5-star sales experience means nothing when the car suffers a major electrical battery failure just weeks later, leaving the car completely immobile alongside ongoing oil measurement issues, and management refuses to follow the law. They left a new customer completely stranded without a vehicle or a courtesy car for 22 days to date (collected-Towed 19/06/26), and I am still without a car as they have it on their premises. This is clear evidence of how you have treated a new customer. Your version of 'trying your best to arrive at a solution' was demanding an unlawful £349.26 diagnostic fee to fix a statutory defect inside the 6-month window, and holding my vehicle and keys hostage in your workshop for 22 days, clearly breaching Section 23 of the Act [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. Under Section 24, a consumer is legally entitled to reject a car and get a full refund if the dealer breaches Section 23 by demanding an unlawful diagnostic fee [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. The Managing Director explicitly refused in writing to honour my Final Right to Reject under Section 24 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, stating 'the requirements for a rejection are not met' [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. An ongoing investigation has now been officially reported to Northern Ireland Trading Standards regarding these explicit breaches of the Consumer Rights Act and aggressive commercial practices [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. I will not be calling your number. You have completely ignored my formal 14-day Letter Before Action deadline [Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service]. This matter is now proceeding to the County Court [Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service].
