Fantastic service. Have dealt with Patrick in Spares here over the phone and in person. Courteous and very helpful. Lovely attitude and just a nice guy. Also met Murray today who is an absolutely gentleman. Fantastic attitude his job. Recommend the lads in Spares highly.
Serious Concerns Regarding Safety, Professionalism and Trust A few months after purchase, a serious coolant loss issue was identified. Despite the vehicle spending several months in the dealership’s workshop and undergoing major repairs, including a head gasket replacement, the problem was never properly resolved. While the vehicle was in the dealership’s in January 2026, it was also involved in an incident caused by one of their mechanics. I was assured I would be able to inspect the vehicle before any repairs were carried out; however, this agreement was not honoured, and repairs were completed without my knowledge or consent. Most concerning, after being informed the vehicle was “fixed” in March 2026, the coolant tank was empty within 24 hours of collection, raising serious concerns about the quality of repairs and basic safety checks. This entire situation lasted approximately 10 months and was extremely stressful for us, involving significant inconvenience throughout. To be fair, during this time the dealership did provide replacement vehicles. While some were better than others. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and at times misleading, which significantly undermined our trust and left us with no confidence in either the vehicle or the service provided. We initially requested either a refund or a suitable replacement vehicle. After several unsuitable offers and prolonged delays, we were forced to escalate the matter and were prepared to involve a solicitor. In the end, we received a partial refund. If you value transparency, mechanical safety, and professional service, I would strongly advise you to carefully consider your options before purchasing from this dealership. This is a disappointing standard for a business representing well-known car brands.
Looks like they are overrun with work, Nobody answered the phone. Eventually got someone after 10 minutes and 3 separate calls. Was given upfront price for service on phone of 1,000 euro. Got it done by an independent for 450 with brakes & extras. Looks like a scam to me.
Shocking experience (still on going) My Dads 2024 Commercial Land rover broke down Saturday four weeks ago due to an Electronic Fault in the battery system, First thing Monday Morning he called Landrover in Bishopstown to discuss what the plan with his Jeep was as he needs it for work, They didn’t have any delivery date for the Part and didn’t know when it would be in stock, Since then i have made atleast two calls Daily to see any update, On each occasion he got No Call back or answer as to an update, earlier this week after ringing four times in one day he got a call back from service department telling me they have no idea when he will have his Jeep back, He asked the possibility of getting a commercial jeep and they said No, This is by far the worst customer experience i’ve experienced in a longtime and will never be purchasing from Landrover again.
