I went to Koya Motors when I moved back from Australia and was looking to buy a car. I explained to Liam what I was looking for and the kind of lifestyle I'd have, so we could find something that made sense both practically and financially. Liam found the perfect car for me and even arranged to bring it down from Dublin. I've been driving it for the last two months and couldn't be happier with it. From the very beginning, I was able to text or call whenever I had questions, and everyone was incredibly patient, accommodating, and helpful while I made my decision. The whole experience was stress-free and enjoyable, which isn't always something you can say about buying a car. The staff are fantastic at what they do and really make you feel looked after throughout the process. I'm delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend Koya Motors to anyone looking for a car.

We were in the market for a good quality used car and, after spending several weeks searching and visiting various dealers we came across an advertisement for a high spec 2.0L Volvo V40 that ticked all the boxes. I travelled down midweek from Dublin to view the car, and the team at Koya Motors had it ready for inspection and left me take it for a test drive. After viewing and testing some of the features and performance I was impressed from the outset and decided to leave a deposit. A week or so later, I travelled from Dublin by train to collect the car, and Koya Motors kindly picked me up from the station, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. The car was presented in excellent condition, and when visiting I was very impressed with the overall quality of the stock they carry at very reasonable prices. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and their knowledge of the vehicle's specifications, engine, and performance was outstanding throughout. What really stood out was the no-pressure approach to the sale. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision, and all the paperwork and documentation were perfectly organised throughout the pocess and when I collected the car. This is a genuinely high-quality dealership that clearly takes pride in its customer service. Rian, Liam and the team are top class at what they do from start to finish and it shows. I would have no hesitation in recommending Koya Motors to friends and family who are looking for a quality used car, and I hope to do business with them again in the future. Bought Volvo XC60 off Rian. From start to finish I found Koya motors to be reliable, sound and most straight forward dealers I have dealt with. They’re up front and honest to speak with, I did a lot of my dealings over the phone due to the living on the opposite end of the country but they’re very reassuring. They seem to have a keen interest and good knowledge of what they’re doing and that attention to detail is visible when you pick up the car from them. In my case, I found the car to be immaculate. I’ve bought cars off big dealerships before and these lads are miles better to deal with, including the finishing touches, tokens and general follow up if you need anything after. I would 100% recommend these guys and would use ye again in the future. They are quality. Keep it up!

We recently purchased a fabulous Volvo from Koya Motors. Excellent high quality car and low mileage, absolutely delighted with it. Overall the exceptional customer service was second to none. Very helpful answering any questions, and the handover process was simple. After travelling almost 4 hours to get here, it was well worth it to get the car we purchased.
