Cannot fault them in any way, great customer service from start to finish, we dealt with Richie Simpson salesman, who was not the typical sales person who tries to push a person into a sale, he left us to take a look around, the privacy to talk and discuss things between ourselves but he was always there to answer our questions. Also Richard in finance, lovely man and great communication both very nice, We felt at ease, so much so that my husband is going back to buy a new car from them 🙂

Thank you Dylan with all your support recently with the purchase of a 2022 Hybrid Auto Vitara, it was a big move from the car I had, but you made me feel safe, comfortable and very accommodating! Keep up the good work.

3 years ago I purchased a Dacia Sandero from Linders in Chapelizod. The after sale service was always excellent. The finance was arranged. I would recommend them.

In September 2024, I purchased a fully electric automatic vehicle from Liners Finglas MG. The car was presented to me as an excellent vehicle with a very good range, capable of comfortably making trips such as Dublin–Cork, Cork–Dublin, Dublin–Belfast, and Belfast Dublin without any issues as the car has a range 280km full battery charge. I was also told that the running costs would be very economical because it is an electric vehicle. That agreed for the economy point of view it's correct but the seller did not inform me about that I need to stop 03 time for charge the car. Lot of small luck of information, I have got the impression the seller was in a rush to sell me the car them to give me the proper information, the name of the seller is Evan . I found out he is not in the company anymore. As a first-time electric car buyer, I did some research, but I also relied on the information provided by the salesperson. Unfortunately, many of the explanations were superficial and not very accurate about the product that was being sold. After I started using the vehicle, several issues appeared that were very disappointing. One of the main problems was excessive condensation inside the car. Because of the Irish climate, the interior often becomes very humid and the windows are frequently wet or fogged up. I brought the car in for service and reported these issues. However, what frustrated me the most was the poor after-sales service. The salesperson who sold me the car stopped responding and avoided assisting me. On several occasions I went to the dealership and waited for long periods, only to be told that all cars of that model behave like this. In addition, the second key for the vehicle has never worked properly since the day I bought the car. I was repeatedly asked to come back another time, but the problem was never properly resolved. It became clear to me that the only real interest was making the sale. After the purchase, there was no proper support, responsibility, or commitment to customer service. My calls were often ignored and my attempts to resolve the issues were not taken seriously. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The car has shown very poor quality and the after-sales support was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not buy another MG vehicle and I would not recommend this brand or dealership. Just bring this now, maybe the line management can overseen about the future costume service and after seller support. Some of friends and people that want to buy a car over LINDERS I really not recommend

🚨 Buyers Beware: Our Experience with Linders (Finglas Branch) In December 2016, I purchased a used Dacia Duster Signature 1.5 Diesel from what was then known as Linders Renault Finglas, now listed on Google as both Linders The Car People and Linders Opel Dublin (Finglas branch). My wife and I were looking to buy a brand-new vehicle, but the salesperson Don Kenny recommended this particular car, saying it had “just arrived,” was in “excellent condition,” and would be ideal for us. Trusting the advice of an official dealership, we accepted the offer. Only recently — more than eight years later — while preparing the car for a full technical inspection at Dacia Letterkenny, I reviewed the original documents and realized the truth of the transaction. We paid €18,849 (excluding interest) for a car that already had around 37,000 km, a detail that was never included in the sales contract. That amount of mileage in under a year is far above the national average in Ireland and strongly suggests prior use as a fleet, lease, demo vehicle or taxi — all categories associated with intensive usage. Despite that, we were charged the price of a new vehicle, with no disclosure and no written acknowledgment of its true usage history. We’ve since used the car with extreme care, averaging just 7,300 km per year, for a total of 98,631 km to date. That light use likely delayed the appearance of mechanical issues, which have only begun to surface recently: metallic rattling when braking with the clutch pressed, steering vibration at low speeds, knocking noises when downshifting, inefficient air conditioning, and persistent TPMS warnings. A local mechanic couldn’t identify the root cause. We now have a technical inspection scheduled for June 2025 at Dacia Letterkenny, and we’ll be paying €80 per hour just to find out what may be going wrong — and whether this relates to premature wear caused by its early overuse before we took ownership. I have submitted a formal complaint to Renault Ireland, and I’m also filing a case with the CCPC (Competition and Consumer Protection Commission). This review is not meant to attack — it’s meant to warn other consumers, especially immigrants and first-time buyers in Ireland, to be extremely cautious, even with official dealerships.
