This was my first experience dealing with the team in McElligott's Tralee, having recently purchased a new EV6 from them and the experience throughout was exceptional. I had been shopping around for my next car for a number of months, having visited and received quotes from several dealerships. McElligott's Tralee stood out for its straightforward sales process, honest guidance and competitive trade-in valuation, making the overall package more compelling. Special mention to John Riordan, who handled everything professionally and efficiently and took time to offer guidance and answer any questions I had. Nothing was ever an issue. I brought my wife’s Mercedes in for a service and while I was waiting I bought an EV6 from Martin. I had no intention of changing my 23 EV6. An excellent salesman no pressure whatsoever. Mercedes service man Brian very pleasant offered a lift into town etc.

I recently visited McElligott’s Tralee for a gearbox oil change on my Honda Fit. The service was professional and efficient, and the staff explained everything clearly, including the importance of using the correct Honda gearbox oil. The car feels much smoother now, especially while shifting gears. Overall, a very good experience and great attention to detail. Would recommend for anyone needing reliable Honda servicing.
