Having visited Morrison BMW Cahir we were greeted by Sam a salesman who we had met before, Sam was so polite and courteous towards us, Sam had absolutely no issue with giving us time and all the details about the model we were interested in. Sam portrayed a great level of knowledge about the vehicle and no question was left unanswered The expierence we had with Sam was excelkent.We decided to buy from Sam and we would have no issue in recommending him as a top class salesman. From the minute I arrived at Morrisons I was greeted by a very friendly Receptionist who directed me to the Service Department where I met the team. I must say very efficient, competent and took my key and told me my car would be ready in two hours. When I returned my car was being washed and I was offered coffee. My car was returned spotless and then I received a report regarding my car. Thank you so much and I will be back and have no problem recommending Morrisons. Marie

Met Philip for the first time, the dealership for the first time. Gave me tons of options and a pricing breakdown both over the phone and in an email. Helpful, well-informed and an expert. Plus, he had my car so cleaned and washed I didn't want to drive it and get it dirty. A true gentleman.

I recently had my car serviced here and was very impressed with the overall experience. The service department staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained all the work carried out clearly and comprehensively, and delivered everything they promised. The quality of the service itself was excellent, and I left feeling confident that my car had been well looked after. My only disappointment was the introduction of a charge for a replacement vehicle, as this used to be provided as a complimentary courtesy car. While I understand that policies can change, it was a noticeable difference from previous visits. Overall, the excellent customer service and professionalism of the team made for a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend the dealership for its high standard of service.
