Bought a Renault Clio RS from this dealer recently. On the same day of collection, a "Check Injection System" warning appeared on the dash, and there was also an issue with the windscreen wiper during handover/preparation. To be fair to the dealer, he communicated with me throughout the process and agreed to take the car back after discussion, which I appreciated. However, despite returning the car the very next day, €500 was deducted from the refund due to the ownership transfer/admin side of things. I was disappointed by this given that the warning appeared on the same day I collected the vehicle. Overall, while I appreciate that the dealer cooperated with the return process and refunded the balance, the experience was stressful and not what I expected after purchasing a car.
