Had a great experience from the moment I walked through the door. The staff and especially Noah who went way beyond just been a salesman very knowledgeable and friendly stayed with me as the car was been prepared and got me a coffee and a bun no rush to get deal done. If ever I am buying a new car again I will certainly go back to Noah and Nearys great service thank you

Buyer Beware..... My experience suggests a lack of reliability. I'd advise caution when dealing with this dealership. I decided to email Nearys Lusk with the view of purchasing a VW Tiguan advertised at €58,950 based on their positive reviews. I was dealing with Noah who quickly established a trade in value for my own VW and the requested €32,000 to update to a 251 C model with 24,000 kilometres. I initially offered him €30,000 at the onset which was not accepted and put in a second offer of €31,000 soon after. He said he would come back to me and let me know if my offer was accepted or not as the case may be. I waited 2 days and got no response. I decided to ring the garage and spoke with the receptionist who transferred me to the sales manager Conor. I informed him of my offer and he said Noah did try to ring me back late Friday evening. Needless to say I did not have any missed call from Noah or there was no message left on my voicemail. I put in a third offer to Conor of €31,500 at 12:18 which Conor refused. I told him I would take an hour to think it over and would ring him back after lunch. I rang back first thing after lunch and told Conor that I was prepared to pay the asking price of €32,000 to purchase the car. He informed me the car was now sold and if I had wanted the car I should have put a deposit down on it. At no stage when I was engaging with them did they suggest this to me. I engaged with Nearys for over a week and this was my response. Inconsistent communication and lack of trustworthiness makes me question their business practices. Conor the sales manager, showed a complete lack of empathy and clearly didn't give a damn when I questioned how he could sell the car knowing I had an offer of €31,500 and I was due to ring him back. He dismissed me with a casual " I'm not going to argue with you" It was clear that my input meant nothing to him. Such dishonourable conduct speaks volumes.
