Bought a Volvo xc 40 from Ollie last April. Lovely car and it had a fair price . It required repairs and Ollie was 10 out of 10. Rang in the details, he rang back within an hour, with a procedure as I live near Dublin. Car was assessed, parts ordered and fitted when they arrived. At all times he kept contact. Advertised on Ollie’s website is we buy your car. I submitted the form He rang me, I didn’t ring him. He asked me to tell him about my car which I did. When my answers weren’t what he wanted to hear is when Ollie showed his true nature as other reviews have pointed out. Terrible manner and utterly rude. As he said I would buy your car today so I didn’t necessarily want to sell to him but he wanted to buy off me. He asked me what I wanted and when I said what I had paid to determine for me what I would take he jumped down my throat saying I’m answering his questions with another question when in fact if anything it was a statement not a question. I told him to forget it and hung up as I wouldn’t do any sort of business with a man like this.

Was in today looking at a car my budget was around the 22k mark, seemed like he had no interest in selling me anything, didn't even greet me with an hello. One of the most arrogant men I have had to speak to. Wouldnt even offer to let me test drive the car, though I said I want to drive it if I am buying it, he just ignored me. Terrible sales man, I actually can't get over how ignorant he was. (Edited for response) nearly a month later and you respond, you are a joke!!! The issue was your sales man from the beginning with very poor treatment of a potential buyer, I wanted to test drive the car before any offer was disscused,who buys a second hand car without trying to haggle the price!!! Anyway I bought a beautiful Ford focus st up in fermoy from Eds car sales, absolutely gentlemen he was couldn't recommend highly enough. Delivered the car to my door 2 days after I test drive it with a full tank of fuel. Proper service from someone who knows how to do business.
