We had a fantastic experience with O'Neills car sales. we viewed the car in the morning and said we were interested and went to view one more car. In the meantime the team there serviced the car and informed us when it was ready. We decided to buy as car much better than other we viewed elsewhere and much better value. Edit: since Sean's reply below, I rang o neills and spoke with Katie who again advised Sean wasn't around but would ring me. Still no response. Had my Jeep advertised for sale privately. Got messaged by Sean O'Neill who said he was a serious buyer and would make a fast no haggling purchase and made an offer which at first I declined. He made a further offer to which I accepted and he said he would get the deposit over to me etc. Messaged him through donedeal several times, no reply. I then rang the office and spoke with Katie, who told me that Sean doesn't speak over the phone and to message him via donedeal. I then messaged their WhatsApp mobile number and Instagram, no reply. I understand that circumstances can change from either side but a bit of courtesy and respect towards the other party is required. I had told potential buyers that the vehicle was sold pending receipt of deposit so unfortunately lost out on sale elsewhere. 2 stars being given as Sean was polite to speak with but unfortunately didn't have the decency to message or call me after an offer had been made by him and accepted.
