While on a recent trip to Ireland, we were traveling through Limerick when our rental car tire sensor light flashed on. We were many kilometers from our final destination and, feeling concerned, stopped in at PJ's Garage for help after we were turned away at another nearby garage. Even though it was near closing time, the folks at PJ's took time to listen to our concerns, do a quick tire check and assessment and even made adjustments to solve the problem. They were highly professional, kind, understanding and expert in their assessment, work, and advice. On top of that, they did not charge us for their efforts and help!!! We are thoroughly grateful and would recommend them to others. Thank you, PJ's, for all of your help! You helped us travel easily and worry free for the remainder of our time in Ireland knowing that we could rely on our car for safe transport. We truly appreciate your exemplary customer service!!!

Was recently having issues with my car, had a feeling it was dpf/egr related, gave them a ring and was told to drop it in as soon as I had a chance, dropped it off and the following day i got a call explaining the problem and what they recommended to do. Within 2 days of ringing and dropping off the car i had it back and now better then ever. Have dealt with pjs garage many times now and would highly recommend, service is very good will be back again for sure

I booked my car in for what I expected to be a routine oil change, but I was shocked to receive a bill of over €500. The invoice included several additional items such as filters, spark plugs, a droplink replacement and other charges. I don’t feel these extra costs were explained clearly or discussed with me before the work was carried out. Better communication and obtaining customer approval before adding significant extra work would have made a big difference. While the work may have been completed professionally, the lack of transparency left me very disappointed. I won’t be returning and would advise others to ask for a written estimate before authorising any work
