Great service for my Mercury Outboard. Great boatyard facilities with heavy lift capabilities. Good stock of trailers, motors and Pioner boats. Well stocked shop and a very friendly and helpful team. Can't miss it on the way into Portumna. Look for the "Boat" sign.

Needed new propeller for outboard engine. Very efficient & helpful service over the phone. Had to travel a good way & item was left in a secure place for me to pick up as the store would be closed when i arrived. Great customer service.

Absolutelv the worst service experience I've ever had !!! The owner was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional from the very beginning. Instead of properly diagnosing my outboard engine, he watched a short video and immediately claimed that the engine had far too many hours, was completely worn out, beyond repair and only ft for scrap. He even suggested that I should buy another engine from him if wanted any work done. I decided to get a second opinion from another marine service. It turned out that the only problem was a single faulty ignition component. The engine has only around 100 hours of running time and is actually in excellent condition, almost like new. Everything the owner told me about the engine being destroyed was completely wrong. I felt deliberately misled and pressured into spending a huge amount of money on unnecessary repairs or even buying another engine. Rather than honestly diagnosing the problem, the owner made false claims and tried to convince me that my engine was bevond saving. His attitude was rude, dismissive, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. I would never trust this workshop with my engine again. If you value your money and your boat, get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business to anyone !!!

Best avoided. Boat servicing was not good. Plugs and battery level not checked. Bill was €700+ for a Mercury outboard. Overpriced in my view for what they did. Rigid drop off times during working hours also awkward. Will take boat elsewhere in future

Nice staff but €100 per hour for labour is a rip off. In excess of €400 for an outboard service!!!
