Power Plant Hire

Mick & Ray recently installed a new robot mower. Very efficient, friendly and helpful service. Went through all the features in great detail. Would highly recommend their services to all🤗

We have had two Automower’s installed by Mick from Power Plant. I highly recommend Power Plant. Mick is extremely knowledgeable about the mowers, and both service and support are excellent.

Lads in here couldn't be friendlier. Got a good few bits off them for a week no problem at all. I went up to get something else during the week and left my aircon on in the car, killing the battery. The lads were out helping me jump it and we had it started in 30 seconds.

Not very friendly, went at 1.15pm was close for 1 hour for lunch not sign on the Door or anything also Google say is open. Then I rented a power tool" Auger " for a day cost 70euro and a new tool is about 250euro so very pricey to rent , I suppose the fuel tank has to be full on the collection but was not the case , when I requested to fill it up for me they said I have to pay for the fuel . Not recommended!

Terrible customer service. I brought a strimmer in for repair and rang after a week to enquire was it fixed. Told it wasn't and couldn't tell me when they would get to it but to call again next week. Rang the following week and told wasn't fixed and they couldn't even tell me if it will be looked at in 1 week or 3 weeks and the repair staff would ring me when they got to it, after it already being with them for over 2 weeks. So I rang three other places who could all give me a timeframe for fixing it and collected in and brought it to someone who can fix it in a week. Either they don't care about good customer service and are so disorganised they have no system for knowing their schedule of repairs or they don't want to give a timeline because they prioritise friends or large customers and everyone else they just get to when they feel like it.
