Called here yesterday (Sat.Oct.7th) because I had a problem with a rented Renault and their name came up when I googled for a dealer (there was no rental office close by) Though they're not Renault dealers (anymore?) a very cheerful David offered to have a look anyway and solved the problem in just a few minutes. Thanks a million David, you certainly did your good deed for the day - it gave me peace of mind and the driving was much more pleasant ๐ Ingrid
Fantastic experience here. Carole Moran helped me choose my wonderful Nissan Juke and couldn't have been more attentive and courteous. The car is going great!
I had a breakdown with my car this week 16th September. I contacted Randles Bros and spoke to Sean. When we established the clutch had gone. Sean very kindly phoned several garages for me. Finally, he arranged to have my car repaired within 2 days with DS motors. I happily picked up my car today and then dropped into Sean to thank him. I would happily recommend Randles Bros. Professional sales staff, plenty of knowledge on electric cars and cars in general. The can talk you through the fear of changing from a petrol or diesel car to electric car ,so there is no fear in buying an electric car. Quality service team.
Bought a used Nissan Qashqai from Randles Brothers. The price was higher than from private sellers, but it came with a 6-month warranty, which seemed reassuring at first. However, the after-sales service has been very disappointing. Since day one, the alternator bearing was noisy โ reported it under warranty, but nothing was done. Later, I had an issue with a sticking brake caliper, which the service manager dismissed as "just rust." It feels like the service manager is always trying to come up with excuses to avoid warranty repairs. Right now, Iโm looking to buy a second car for my family and was considering another Nissan โ but definitely not from Randles Brothers. I donโt recommend buying a used car with a warranty from them. The warranty promises are not honoured.
