We recently got a modular home from Rayco and we’re really happy with it. From the first time we went to see the showhouse, everything just felt straightforward and easy to understand.

The quality is what stood out the most. It doesn’t feel like a typical modular at all – more like a proper house inside. The finish is very clean and the place is warm and well insulated.

The whole process was smooth as well. The team kept us in the loop the whole way through and delivered exactly what they said they would.

Overall, very positive experience. If you’re thinking about going down the modular route, definitely worth going to see what Rayco are doing.

We got a 3 bed from Rayco a few months ago and it’s been brilliant so far. House is very warm and solid, not like what you’d expect from a modular.

Went to the showhouse first and that made the decision easy. What you see is what you get.

The installation team led by Tommy were outstanding, Brito and his crew were so helpful and easy to deal with. Overall extremely happy, now the fun starts with furnishing and the finishing touches 😀

Extremely happy with my 2 bedroom modular home, it's built so well and I now have a house to call my own, it's definitely worth it and for anyone wanting an alternative option to a house especially with the price of rent and housing at the moment , I would highly recommend looking into a modular home from the rayco group. You could have a home ready to move into, in a few months. I'm nearly 2 months living in mine and I love it!

Bought a modular unit to convert into a coffee shop and the service was brilliant from start to finish. I’m very happy with both the product and the overall experience everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
