Bought a lovely low milage 2016 a3. Richard was lovely to deal with and the process was very smooth. Timing belt and water pump was done before I bought it by their partner garage unfortunately the crank seal started leaking onto the timing belt and I contacted richard and he booked me in the next day no hassle at all and sorted everything out. Even gave me a courtesy car. Honestly couldn’t recommend a better garage with better staff. Not many garages around like this that will put their customers first. Will definitely be returning for my next car.

I’m writing this review after six months of owning the car, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this garage. I purchased my first hybrid, a BMW 530e, from Rockfield Cars last summer and dealt with Richard throughout the process. Richard took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured the car was the right fit for me. After the test drive, the vehicle unfortunately developed a fault, but Richard handled the issue promptly and professionally. Since collecting the car, it has been an absolute pleasure to drive. I would be more than happy to purchase another car from them in the future. Thank you once again!

What an awful place. Cars all packed into a dark warehouse. Then lowballed by Richard on a trade in, I understand that you are accepting a lower price but he offered 1/3 the retail price of the car even though it was in great condition. Then he proceeds to slag my trade in calling it a dirty diesel despite immaculate history and very popular car. The car I wanted to view had lumps out of it (conveniently missing from the photos in the ad). I had driven 2.5 hours to be lowballed and see a car that needed major work. Richard knew I had travelled up - as I explained to him if it was a lowballing he should've been clear to me on this and explained the issues with the car they were selling before making me come up as we could have avoided the hassle. Oh and he was late for my appointment with him. Stay away from these chancers.
