Graham Ryall heads up the Spare Parts Department and the Farm Shop. Grahams knowledge of farm machinery is invaluable and will sort you out with all your parts needs. Trevor came out to my baler in the field at 9pm having never met me,fixed 3 different issues and stayed till 11pm,made sure all was good. Charged a very fair price.Dealers like this should be supported.
