Got a breakdown Monday on the N5 Rang the office and spoke to a very helpful young lady who dispatched a young man named Alan who worked late into the night to get my lorry going I found it excellent service all round from the company. Many thanks

Very nice staff, I had my test within 24hrs of booking. They are very thorough, at least you feel confident that everything is checked. I've being going there since they started doing the tests.

Very very disappointed! My son drove all the way down from Clifden - 1.5 hrs - for an appointment at 3.15. He mistakenly thought it was 3:30 so he was 15 minutes late with August bank holiday traffic on the roads. They completely refused to perform the DOE. We offered to pay the technician extra to stay the extra 15 minutes but the woman on the switch point blank refused to even pass on the message. There was no flexibility. She had no pity or consideration for him having made a 3 hr round trip for nothing. She was sadly lacking in empathy. We run a business. We live in a small town. And we bend over backwards to accommodate our clients. Sadly the same cannot be said for Shaw Commercials.
