Had a bad electrical fault that no one , not even the Opel main dealer could solve , but the boys in Sherlock's, particularly Ronan , kept investigating and got the car back on the road . I don't think anyone else in the North West could have fixed it . Really indebted to them , great lads . And after having the car for some weeks, handed it back looking mint . Very happy .

Was very happy with the speed and quality of their service. I went to get an electrical problem fixed on my van, and it was fixed quickly and within the quoted budget. Will definitely use again if I have such problems in the future.

These guys are excellent! I would find it difficult to let anyone else work on my Freelander 2. Just had my cat done on the Mini and these guys are great. Really only people I would go too. Detail is excellent and friendly.

I Had issue with 4x4 system on my land rover discovery sport 181. Phoned sherlocks and explained the issue. Straight away the lads in Sherlocks knew what the issue was and took the car in for repair. I was fully updated by the garage about what was needed (new helex pump ) the cost of it when it would be delivered etc. All the work fully done and completed with original land rover parts. I highly recommend Sherlocks Garage for their excellent professional service and knowledge. Dave

If you are in a hurry for your vehicle this is not the place to go in my opinion. Contacted them to arrange a repair and told to drop it off the follow Thursday which I arranged a tow truck for. It was there for a week and heard nothing, called and texted, nothing. Called up to be told today looking at it and will have an answer, no call nothing for another 2 weeks and I called up again and told again will know today and nothing, only when I said I'm coming to take it away was I told they have the part (20min after I messaged saying I was taking it), I just took it away and got someone else that fixed it in a day. Very bad customer service, save yourself the stress, go somewhere else.
