Top Gear Alloys

Was up today getting new set of alloys & tyres. From the first inquiry right through to when the new tyres and alloys had been fitted the service was exceptional.. genuinely! I had been dealing with Julie from the start and she was great, very helpful and was very fast at replying to any questions I had as I was very particular on what I had wanted. When arriving at 8am the lads that attended me where also great, had a conversation with them were very friendly and did a great job and was also very quick getting the new alloys on the car. Could not be happier and would highly highly recommend 🙌

I recently visited TopGear alloys after seeing a set of wheels I liked online, from the very first contact the service has been top class! I dealt with Kieran, he got my alloys sorted and then helped me pick out some other bits for my car and I couldn’t be happier! They really care about customer experience in TopGear Alloys, couldn’t rate them highly enough, if you want quality products, service and value for money defo give them a visit! 🙌🏻 thanks again Kieran and everyone at TopGear 🎉

Kieran was disingenuous , rude & arrogant. Tried his best to mess me about from the get go by initially sending out wrong wheel spacers which was not that I actually ordered at all but his attitude on this whole transaction was by far the worst part ! He has an awful a lot to learn as he Severely lacks any people skills whatsoever especially as his entitled attitude was a total disgrace. This is definitely not anyone would expect Especially when I spent over £2100 in total which after some time & fight I got a full refund as the Judd wheels ( which isn’t top gear fault & Julie was the that actually had to step in & actually help ) were in unacceptable condition with many manufacturing defects ! Won’t be back nor will I recommend this place at all as this experience definitely left a very sour taste in my mouth !! Not even worth 1 star at all ! Avoid

I purchased brand new 19" Pretoria alloys, after only 6 months the paint on all 4 alloys had reacted from the primer beneath the paint itself. There was no stone chips or any makrs. My wheels where within warranty but nobody wanted to know about, I chased them for weeks and kept getting ignored by them. Terrible ignorant customer service. Eventually got speaking to Julie, about the only one who didnt ignore me but still didnt want to know about the issue in the end. She told me it was the supplier who was at fault, even though I bought the wheels off them with a receipt! So then the supplier did not want to replace the wheels and in the end Julie shrugged me off too. Would not recommend them.
