I am super happy that we still have Irish companies such as this one that are able to beat the likes of Amazon.ie on service and value for money. The items I ordered were cheaper by 10 euro even after paying for delivery and were delivered the next day. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional.

I would have to say this is the best business I've encountered in Ireland. Easy to search and order form website. Superfast delivery. Competitive prices. And - after ordering realized I had ordered slight wrong part - emailed them and changed to the right part with no fuss or hassle and still got the shipment out the same day. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Brilliant service. Fast response to my email enquiry regarding a new coupling for an old boat trailer, Raymond found me the exact part, had it delivered next day and saved me over €100 from where I'd seen it elsewhere. Many thanks.

Extremely poor communication and unfulfilled promises To say this experience was frustrating is an understatement. I placed an order based on the website's claim of next day dispatch. However it became clear the item was not actually in stock. I attempted to contact customer service three times via email and called numerous times, but received absolutely no response to my emails and no one answered the phone. Because the order was urgent, I explicitly requested a cancellation so I could source the item elsewhere. Despite this request, the company shipped the order a week later anyway. Having already bought a replacement elsewhere, I am now forced to go through the hassle of returning this package. A complete waste of time and an entirely unreliable service.

If I could give "0" stars I would!. I googled the suspension part for my trailer I required, came across their website...shows they have it...I continued to purchase it, "€500" later I'm all excited to get the parts delivered, just for them to phone me approx 3 or 4 hours later to tell me they don't have the parts & that it might only come in approx month & half later...I mean COMMON!. Your website has no problem taking my money as supposed to telling me it's out of stock & let me move on & try & find it elsewhere. Now I have to wait 3days for money to be paid back before I get to buy the parts I need & hopefully have them by the following week to install!. What a Joke!. Stay clear & try other trailer parts companies rather!.
