I had the privilege to deal with the staff in Trinity Motors. I am beyond happy to be put in the driver's seat of this Rav 4 in less than a week due to the efficiency of the staff here. The dealership is honest, transparent, professional and will go to lengths to make sure you are happy with your car. We had an excellent experience with Neil Merrigan at Trinity Motors and purchased a E408. From start to finish Neil ran through all the details of the car, options we had and explained everything on the financial side clearly. It was a very smooth and straight forward process from putting the deposit down to collecting the car. Neil ran through the functions of the car before I left which was very much appreciated. I recently bought a 5 year-old Mazda Cx-5 from Shane. The whole process was very smooth from initial phone call to collection about 10 days later. Shane communicated regularly and was a pleasure to deal with. The car was in pristine condition when I collected it. Shane had the leather seats treated and put 4 new tyres on. The 6-month warranty is an added bonus. Very happy with my new car!
