I recently bought a Toyota Yaris Cross from Volkswagen at Waterford Volkswagen and I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, Emmett was absolutely outstanding. From the very first phone call, his manner was warm, professional and genuinely helpful. He guided us through every step of the process, from finance right through to the delivery of the car and nothing was ever too much trouble. He kept in touch throughout, explained everything clearly and made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. When I collected the car it was presented in an immaculate condition. The attention to detail was exceptional , and it really showed the level of car and pride Emmett and the team take in their work. Poor behavior from this garage, they will not give quotes for trade ins over the phone, not even ball park, nothing, the salesman James explained to me, he would prefer to see the vehicle to give the best possible price, and said he cannot give even a rough price to save me the trip, company policy so I made the trip from Clare 2 1/2 hours one way, only to wait 1 hr for a quote and then be asked to wait another 45 mins for a quote? So I left and was not contacted again until 6pm after prompting the James the sales man.. Then amazingly ! Their quote was €6000 euro below four other quotes I received, the salesman then assured me he would return another quote to me first thing this morning, and I heard nothing today !! Waste of a 6 hour return journey and a quarter tank of diesel… Save yourself the time and hassle
