This is my third time dropping the car and I  was refused to drop in my car.
First time they said timing belt needs to changed. All together it's was 900 euros.
I went with it accordingly. The guy on the phone said the car can be collected in the evening. When I called in they said they don't have the parts in yet.
No problem, I collected the car in the evening cos I had an NCT coming up. Next week again I had to drop the car, mind you this is in between my work I had to schedule a drop in. I specifically said I hear a noise most likely its coming from the suspension to which they said no the auxiliary belt needs to be changed. The next day I collected the car, 2 mins into the car I realised its not fixed. I immediately called to let them know about the problem also mentioned I can't be doing this everyday cos I have a very tight schedule at work. I requested for a collection if possible. The guy on the phone said he'll call back but never got a call or an email
So finally today on my lunch break I went to drop the car and they refused. Then started arguing about who's right and who's wrong.
This entire servicing and the experience has been nothing sort of pain and frustration .

To top is off my engine is showing an engine fault 2 days into the servicing. I paid 900 euros in servicing and I have a driving test date coming up. I feel like now I have to pay extra to book a car for my driving test. The tester is not going to set foot in the car if there is an engine fault beeping in my car. Just a painful experience
