I recently purchased a Renault 2024 model from Windsor Motor Mall and had a great experience overall. The sales and finance teams were very helpful throughout the process. A special thanks to Craig — he was the main reason I went ahead with the purchase. He was very welcoming, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. With so many models available at Windsor, it can be overwhelming, but Craig brought out 3–4 different cars and helped me compare and decide what suited me best. He also went the extra mile by delivering the car to my office, as I couldn’t collect it due to work commitments — which I really appreciated. The finance team was equally supportive and helped me secure the car loan smoothly. Overall, a very positive and professional experience. Highly recommend!
