Chance guided me into ACEE Car sales and the result is that I am now a happy owner of a Mazda 6 and if I am so, it is all due to the kindness and support I got from ACEE, specially from Steven. Certainly more than a simple purchase, but tranquility and ensurement of satisfaction for having business with ACEE. All of the process bits became a lot more easier and joyfull, due to the support and availabitliy they provided, with the warranty of being prolongued in time. Bought a car in August 2024. Needed a car in a hurry as my wife had been in a serious road accident writing off our car. Stephen very kindly delivered the car to the door and was sympathetic to our situation. He suggested a 2 year warranty for peace of mind which we took at extra cost. 1 year later, the car ran into trouble so we contacted Steven to discover the company had folded. He assured us our warranty was safe as it had been registered with car protect.ie. We rang car direct to discover he hadn't registered the car registration with the company (or paid them). Re examining the sales receipt we noted he had not included the cost of the warranty instead listing the 2 year protection cover as free. At the time of issue we didn't examine the invoice as my wife was critical in hospital along with my daughter (both passengers). Steven had scammed us knowing the huge trauma and stress that surrounded the purchase of the car. This man on the face of things is a very smooth and helpful sales man but behind it has no scruples. While he is no longer trading under Acee Car Sales Ltd he is trading under Acee Autolocks and repairs. Beware!! **Gave 1 star as not possible to give O on system
