From reception by Ann to the technical parts all were exceptional. Ismael understood exactly what was needed and handled the repairs and service very competently . Advising in non technical language what my best options were and the most practical course to take. We agreed on a two stage program. The workshop completed everything as scheduled and planned. At the end I got a detailed, itemized invoice. A rare level of transparency and v reassuring

Had a puncture that given where it was on the tyre could be plugged/patched. Have tyre insurance so called VW and was told to bring it and new tyre would be fitted. On arrival told they would get to it straight away. 30min, turned to 1hr and then eventually waiting 2hrs. Don't mind waiting if told it would take 2hrs from the onset.
