We are so happy with our purchase and the service provided. After driving away on a Friday evening in a second hand 2 year old MG4 the rear left side tyre burst. I had left the garage at 1645 and called Lionel at 1730 on FRIDAY! He organised the tyre repair, no questions asked. Fantastic service. I recently purchased my gorgeous 2017 VW Golf from Markel at Bluegate Car Store, and he was just fantastic. He was helpful, happy for me to go away and think about the car before committing and flexible with me coming in nearly at the end of their work day for both test drives! I traded my old car in, and he made that a completely smooth process as well. The car didn't come with sensors so they sent their mechanic out to me at home to get them fitted, which was so helpful and saved me trying to fit going to the car store around my working hours. He was also so professional and did a great job in just a few hours! Bought a 192 VW Tiguan from them last year with hidden issues. So called experts (sales manager Ken called them like that) could not identify the issue, had to bring them for a spin to show them. Sales manager Ken not professional at all snd rude when spoke to him. When collected the car it didn't even had ad blue in it. I'll never buy from them again. Not professional at all.
