I had a fantastic experience at N Conlan (BMW) from when I called to when I dropped off my car. All the staff especially Niall who I was dealing directly with was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I would highly recommend N Conlan (BMW) to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

I found everyone that i interact with , professional and practical! I was there with a suspected warranty issue.

The actual mechanical services wereinconclusive as it was an unusual issue. Very quick to point the finger at a possible third party issue (a non BMW supplied dashcam) and an unwillingness to progress with any practical suggestions on how to resolve the issue. I am left to go elsewhere to prove a point. 5 mins of extra work from the mechanic could have gone a long way in trouble shooting.

So the service I got was, to a point and no further. I then got an offer of further investigation at €220.00 per hour.

I am left with having to troubleshoot the issue further myself.

I did buy new wiper blades that at €65 I thought was reasonable... ish
