Absolutely amazed by how BMW Assistance and Conlans handled the recall on my car and all the support provided — from collecting the car to sending me video updates and a full assessment of the vehicle’s overall condition. On top of that, the car was returned washed and spotless. Not to mention the bag of branded gifts. Absolutely outstanding service and brand experience. I’m truly delighted. And, of course, the recall issue seems to be fully resolved. Now more than ever, I’m a proud BMW owner.

Extremely informative, attentive and pleasant staff. BMW assiatance were amazing to deal with and made everything so easy and very prompt too. In Conlons we dealt with Ryan in Service dept and he couldn't have been more helpful, he kept me updated at all times on work being carried out and made sure our visit to Conlons ran smoothly so 10 out of 10 for Ryan, shout out to Cian and Siobhan too ye were great so a huge thank you to all involved. I had a fantastic experience at N Conlan (BMW) from when I called to when I dropped off my car. All the staff especially Niall who I was dealing directly with was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I would highly recommend N Conlan (BMW) to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

I found everyone that i interact with , professional and practical! I was there with a suspected warranty issue. The actual mechanical services wereinconclusive as it was an unusual issue. Very quick to point the finger at a possible third party issue (a non BMW supplied dashcam) and an unwillingness to progress with any practical suggestions on how to resolve the issue. I am left to go elsewhere to prove a point. 5 mins of extra work from the mechanic could have gone a long way in trouble shooting. So the service I got was, to a point and no further. I then got an offer of further investigation at €220.00 per hour. I am left with having to troubleshoot the issue further myself. I did buy new wiper blades that at €65 I thought was reasonable... ish
