Unfortunately, my BMW X2 later developed a difficult and persistent water leak issue which turned into a long and frustrating process involving BMW themselves. Most dealerships would probably have disappeared into the background once the sale was completed — but Conor at Giraffe Cars did the exact opposite.

Even many months later, he continued to support me well beyond what I could reasonably have expected. He kept in contact, helped keep the process moving, organised assistance with BMW, and consistently showed genuine care about getting things sorted properly.
