Bought a 2021 Lexus ES300h from Giraffe Group and dealt with Conor throughout the process. Coming from Ireland and importing from Northern Ireland, everything was handled very professionally. All VRT paperwork was in place exactly as needed, the car was immaculate on collection and fully serviced as promised. Communication was excellent throughout and I was so confident in the process and the condition of the car that I actually bought it without even test driving it first! Conor gave a full video walkthrough of the car before I travelled and on arrival everything was exactly as described. Made the whole experience straightforward and stress free. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely feel Giraffe Cars deserve one. This is now the second car we’ve bought from Giraffe Cars, and to be honest, we’re already almost ready for a third in the near future. That alone probably says a lot about the confidence we have in them as a business. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The cars were beautifully presented, exactly as described, and the whole process felt relaxed, honest, and professional without any pressure. What really stood out though was the support after the sale. Unfortunately, my BMW X2 later developed a difficult and persistent water leak issue which turned into a long and frustrating process involving BMW themselves. Most dealerships would probably have disappeared into the background once the sale was completed — but Conor at Giraffe Cars did the exact opposite. Even many months later, he continued to support me well beyond what I could reasonably have expected. He kept in contact, helped keep the process moving, organised assistance with BMW, and consistently showed genuine care about getting things sorted properly. At no point did I feel abandoned or brushed aside. Ross also deserves a mention. Although he wasn’t directly involved in my particular sale, every interaction with him has been professional, friendly, and genuine, and together they’ve created the kind of dealership people actually want to return to. That kind of aftersales support tells you far more about a business than the sales pitch ever can. Conor is a man of his word, and in today’s world that counts for a lot. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Giraffe Cars to anyone looking for a quality car from people who truly stand over what they sell.
