Ha ha Mercy Motors what a joke. It should be no Mercy....Do not buy from this business. The most
dishonest garage I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. If you are
thinking of buying a car. Go to a real garage....Just check the amount of dissatisfied customers leaving a single star. Wish I had read the reviews.

On January 23, they sold a Renault Megane with a defect, they promised to repair it during the warranty period. Three months have passed and they still haven't repaired it. I will complain to various authorities. I do not recommend contacting this organization.

These guys are crooks. The owner Shahid is so rude annd unhelpful , told me he would give me a spare tire and gave me some rubbish that wouldn’t fit in the boot. Tried to misrepresent the ownership of car.  The car had also been written off completely which they did not reveal. Avoid. Most of the positive reviews are affiliates of theirs and not genuine.

If I could go less then zero I would I paid near 10 thousand euro for a car and when we got it home the back passenger door wouldn't open  I have two small kids in car seats so as you can imagine this was so akward putting them into there seats and seat belts the owner promised if I put a good review up he would fix it ? Like hello how is this company still even open they are robbing people blind and so nice and helpfull at the start once u sign the contract to buy your car your screwed , I have the car 4 months now I still have not received my log book and he won't answer my calls and texts about fixing the door run don't walk from these gangsters and I will put a review every place I can because my children are not safe in a car with only access to one door obviously I will pay to get it fixed somewhere else but just goes to show how much they check the car before selling it on , they are the worst garage I've ever came across
