I recently purchased a car from Mercy Motors, and I must say, my experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free.

One of the things I appreciated most was their transparent approach. They took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle, answered all my questions, and ensured that I felt confident in my purchase decision. The sales team was knowledgeable and patient, never pressuring me into making a choice I wasn’t comfortable with.

The car itself is in excellent condition, and they even offered a comprehensive warranty to give me peace of mind. The service didn’t end with the sale—Mercy Motors has been great about follow-up, checking in to ensure that everything is working as expected.

Overall, I highly recommend Mercy Motors for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and commitment to quality. If you're looking for a reliable car dealership with a friendly and supportive team, this is the place to go.

On January 23, they sold a Renault Megane with a defect, they promised to repair it during the warranty period. Three months have passed and they still haven't repaired it. I will complain to various authorities. I do not recommend contacting this organization.

These guys are crooks. The owner Shahid is so rude annd unhelpful , told me he would give me a spare tire and gave me some rubbish that wouldn’t fit in the boot. Tried to misrepresent the ownership of car.  The car had also been written off completely which they did not reveal. Avoid. Most of the positive reviews are affiliates of theirs and not genuine.

Mercy motors Drogheda are untrustworthy, dishonest and incompetent. Written warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Save you money and don’t buy anything from them.
Report them to the Consumer Protection commission and hopefully they will close Mercy Motors down.

Please don’t give them a cent as it will cost you more than you spent.

Learn by my mistakes.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!! Purchased an expensive car from these, with no issues guarantee. Turns out major oil leak, leak on roofs, turbo issues. All of which was lied about. “Fixed” advised since there is a “3 month warranty” added on the car it’s been 5 months later and they have not sent over any money and has caused a huge issue with stress and frustration. They give false promises and hope and still continue to time waste with everything. This will be going to court. Customer service is awful. Worst I’ve ever experienced. Gear box replaced, clutch and flywheel. 2.5k I spent so far. Company hasn’t even provided me with an agreed price for 742!!! Disgraceful people and company. They will get their karma via court. Proof and advertisement along with texts as proof also.

My dogs got better customer service than these lot. 😂😂 (issues was reported within 2 hours of driving) :)
