Customer Reviews
I recently purchased a car from Mercy Motors, and I must say, my experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. One of the things I appreciated most was their transparent approach. They took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle, answered all my questions, and ensured that I felt confident in my purchase decision. The sales team was knowledgeable and patient, never pressuring me into making a choice I wasn’t comfortable with. The car itself is in excellent condition, and they even offered a comprehensive warranty to give me peace of mind. The service didn’t end with the sale—Mercy Motors has been great about follow-up, checking in to ensure that everything is working as expected. Overall, I highly recommend Mercy Motors for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and commitment to quality. If you're looking for a reliable car dealership with a friendly and supportive team, this is the place to go.
Please don’t buy from this company. Last year my husband and I bought a car from them and it turned out we had to take it to another mechanic’s to fix a lot of stuff init which cost us over thousands euros. We have complained to mercy motors a lot and the guy called us broke people for buying a car from them and told us that we should have gone somewhere else. He also insulted my parents who had no business in this which was very shocking. Till this day I am shocked and would not want anyone to experience this kind of service. Please spend your money else where , this place is not worth it especially not worth spending your money. They are very unprofessional and the worse garage to ever exist.
My partner’s experience with Mercy Motors has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The car he purchased had issues from the very start, including major engine problems and persistent faults that should have been covered by the warranty. Despite countless efforts to get these problems resolved, the dealership’s response was inconsistent and unhelpful. They made promises they didn’t keep, and what was supposed to be a simple car purchase turned into a long, stressful ordeal filled with additional costs and no clear resolution. I wouldn’t recommend Mercy Motors to anyone looking for a reliable car or honest service.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!! Purchased an expensive car from these, with no issues guarantee. Turns out major oil leak, leak on roofs, turbo issues. All of which was lied about. “Fixed” advised since there is a “3 month warranty” added on the car it’s been 5 months later and they have not sent over any money and has caused a huge issue with stress and frustration. They give false promises and hope and still continue to time waste with everything. This will be going to court. Customer service is awful. Worst I’ve ever experienced. Gear box replaced, clutch and flywheel. 2.5k I spent so far. Company hasn’t even provided me with an agreed price for 742!!! Disgraceful people and company. They will get their karma via court. Proof and advertisement along with texts as proof also. My dogs got better customer service than these lot. 😂😂 (issues was reported within 2 hours of driving) :) You don’t know what you talk about. Court will do you justice bunch of frauds
Read this and all the real other reviews before dealing with this business: Car sold with outstanding finance on purpose and totally known by the seller Uzi before closing the deal. Read the other negative reviews as they are the real ones from other buyers, be careful or you will regret it as I did. This happened over a year ago and I will keep updating this review to keep it active and to help others, since then you can see all the forced "positive" and I would say not authentic reviews mentioning they are trustworthy which they are not... there is no coincidence there? I hope this helps people and nobody else gets scammed. Got a car form them, it was confirmed more than once by Uzi that everything was OK and car was checked 100%, I got a bit suspicious and ordered a car check and it came with a warning needing an extra day to confirm finance. The seller Uzi told me repeatedly that it was not at all, and it was totally normal for checks to come to those warnings regardless of the status, and he confirmed that car was 100% checked and it was no issues. We closed the deal and I paid for the car after he reassured it over and over. The day after the seller Uzi called me to say that he discovered "last minute" that car was linked to an outstanding finance after swear 20 times it wasn't the day before. At the end I had to bring the car back and they gave me my money back making me feel it was a favor, I was lied to as they knew the origin and status of the car before selling it to me and reassured me over and over that car was perfect and clear of debt, when it wasn't. Only god knows how many times they have sold cars like this. Im totally convinced that if I wouldn't have paid for the report they would have never made things right as it was a very well done scam attempt. For your peace of mind would recommend to avoid this seller as unfortunately is not reliable or trustworthy. If after all you decide to do business with them for your piece of mind, try to be extra careful, do all the checks you can and don't trust their word, chances are you will regret it...
