Bought a "used" Volvo v40 car id use the term used very lightly because this car is immaculate inside and out , dealt with Aaron went above and beyond sat down had a chat when all the paperwork was being filled out offered tea and coffee couldn't ask for much more also Ken when organising finance was brilliant any complicated questions made very easy , peace of mind buying a car hassle free I wouldn't look any further than Micheal Moore this my second time to get a car through Micheal Moores.

Great service, lovely helpful staff, very organised and efficient, very experienced sales team. One visit was all it took both times I’ve negotiated a change of car. Delivered one car to me at work…. Collecting my new car once they open in January! Lovely bright spacious sales room and private offices. Very friendly reception staff. Couldn’t rate them highly enough! Explained all my options and projected plans.

I would strongly advise avoiding them. My experience with the service department, particularly with supervisor Liam was extremely disappointing. His conduct was unprofessional and discourteous to the extent that I felt compelled to submit a formal complaint to Volkswagen Ireland. On multiple occasions, service tasks were not completed as agreed and when these issues were raised the response was defensive and at times, confrontational. Overall, I found the department consistently failed to meet its commitments to customers and did not provide the level of service one would reasonably expect.

I was charged €300 for a “diagnostic report” that I never actually received. Instead, they only added a short and incomplete recommendation on the invoice, which did not explain anything properly. When I tried to ask for clarification, the staff were rude and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service — no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest, professional mechanics elsewhere who treat customers properly
