I contacted Gary in Windsor Motormall Galway as he had a Diesel SUV I was interested in. Gary listened to what I wanted and he came back to me with a few new options. One of those options was delivered to me this morning in Co Meath. I got a great trade in price also. I highly recommend Gary and his team in Galway.

I actually cannot rate the level of customer service in Windsor Motors Galway service department highly enough. I was faced with a significant and costly repair to my family car. No effort was spared by Pat, Deirdre and John to ensure I got the best value and best work done for what I needed. They were very accommodating and worked around my busy schedule and got it booked in with no fuss. I am sincerely grateful for their dedication and understanding towards myself the customer and will be recommending to family and friends - better still the car is driving better than it ever was. All my best to Pat John and Deirdre !

Pros: Inside is clean, and neat. Employees are very friendly and professional. They have a lovely little coffee bar and a comfortable space to wait. Cons: The place is hard to navigate with extremely limited parking for customers. Despite being the largest dealership in Galway, they cannot provide all service requirements for the vehicles they sell and service. They also hold "bankers hours". You MUST take time out of work in order to get any work done. My wait was 6 WEEKS to fix something. Previously I had to wait EIGHT weeks for a basic service. While the employees are wonderful and the quality of their work is good, I can't say I'd recommend them for service for these reasons. They clearly do not value the money their customers time and money.
